What vapes are being banned?

Only single-use disposable vapes are being banned. These are devices that come pre-filled with e-liquid and are not rechargeable or refillable, designed to be discarded once empty. Popular examples include Elf Bar 600, Lost Mary BM600, and SKE Crystal Bar.

Refillable pod kits, rechargeable devices, and e-liquids are not affected by the ban and will continue to be legal to purchase and use.
